Authentic Kokani Fish Curry in Just 3 Easy Steps
Step 1 – Prepare the Curry Base
In a pan, add ¼ cup (60 ml) cold oil, the entire packet of Kokani Fish Curry Mix, and ⅓ cup (85 ml) water. Mix well, then turn on the heat and cook over medium flame until the oil separates and rises to the surface.
Step 2 – Add Fish
Add 400 ml water followed by 500g of fish or prawns. Mix gently and cook on low heat for 5–10 minutes.
Step 3 – Garnish & Serve
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with steamed rice, bhakri, or chapati.
